- Visit the clinical services page of your choice and call the appointment number listed at the bottom of that page.
- If you would like assistance in identifying the right CHAM service or physician, or to schedule an appointment directly, please call 1-877-MONTEKIDS.
- To schedule an appointment for Radiology services, please call 1-866-MMC-XRAY (1-866-662-9729).
- For information about patient education, health screenings and other events at Montefiore Medical Center, please call 1-800-MD-MONTE.
